Order Changes & Exchanges

We kindly ask that you carefully review your order details—such as size, design, and quantity—before completing your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect selections like item type, size, design, or address after the order is placed.

However, if you notice an error, we offer a 6-hour window from the time of order placement for you to cancel and reorder correctly. If you have any doubts or questions before placing your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Canceling Orders

You have a 6-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation. If we receive your request after this timeframe, your order may already be in the processing or shipping stages, which will limit our ability to cancel.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. After this period, we will consider the order accepted by the customer, and unfortunately, refunds will no longer be available.

  • The received design differs from what was ordered.
  • The size or material is incorrect compared to what was ordered.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product description does not match the item delivered.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Any defects must be due to an error on our part.
  • Original tags must still be attached.
  • Minor issues, such as stray threads, are not considered eligible for returns.
